The building looking good but not too inside is terrible blue but the staff and management is convenient to to negotiator and refund the money if we doesn’t like the rooms. That’s good service and Expedia refund. It’s cheap still if anybody wants to just stay it’s perfect place but not expect 3star lol Money to me

Pictures of this property are not accurate. DO NOT BOOK. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke, garbage littered in the hall, visible damage to door and suite walls, cigarette burn holes in bed sheets, no lampshade and mildew on shower curtain. Property is not well maintained, I felt unsafe and I checked out and immediately asked for a refund once I saw my room. Front desk staff was nice, completed the refund and apologized which was the only plus about this experience.

If I could leave zero stars for this hotel, I would. This hotel should not even be listed as a possibility for Expedia clients. We booked this hotel given the decent reviews on Expedia - I wish I had cross-referenced with google, as I would have never booked here. Per Google, clients had issues with bed bugs and muggings. Luckily, the room we were given was clean and the staff was fine. They made us pay a $200 security deposit. We received it back after a few days, but we were unsure if we would get it back. When we arrived, there were individuals outside exchanging drugs, clearly high. We left our car in the parking lot and barely slept unsure if we would be broken into. My car did not feel safe, and I did not feel safe. There was a security guard luckily watching, but that did not make us feel safer. There was a man sitting in the hallway as we were about to leave, blocking our path to the elevator which freaked me out. Avoid this hotel. Do NOT stay here. Expedia, do not demonstrate this hotel as an option for your clientele. I previously trusted this company given it has been reliable in the past, but I will no longer be booking with you as a result of this stay.

The hotel was below average. The room was just okay, and there was dog poop next to the bed, indicating that the room wasn’t properly inspected after guests checked out. The dining hall was so small that even ten people couldn’t sit comfortably. I would rate this hotel even below one.
