We loved our stay at No.5 East B&B. Check in was smooth and easy. The rooms and house were comfortable. The house dog Chief was so friendly, we loved the breakfast and visits each morning with the owners as well as the other guests was a nice way to start the day. Would definitely recommend.

Such a nice place to stay. Beautiful property and a great place to stay and have as a base to explore Winnipeg. I was in the area for a conference and like to stay off site where possible and this was perfect.

I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here. The breakfast was delicious as well. I am already planning my next trip.

This century home is a real beautiful home and setting located right next to the river. The room it's self was very spacious, clean and beautiful, with a comfortable bed, with it's own on suite bath rm, spacious very modern shower. Breakfast was very good as well. Marcia & Vahid are great hosts. We highly recommend this B&B while staying in Winnipeg.

Excellent house with lots of character, room was nice and was quiet and relaxing. Would love to stay in the summer and enjoy the view of the river. Hosta were excellent and the breakfast was fresh and tasty!

Unique home in a quiet residential district. Large, comfortable room with all amenities. Nearby restaurants. Excellent coffee and breakfast buffet. Attentive owners. On-site parking. Highly recommended. Please note that the rooms are on second and third floor, and this may be an issue for guests with mobility problems or heavy bags.

After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us

Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.

Vahid is a gem he makes you feel most welcome. The room we had was so quiet and felt insulated from the rest of the bnb rooms. The location is right by the Assiniboine river and is centrally located to get anywhere.

The hospitality at No. 5 East is always amazing!! The rooms are spacious, luxurious! The location is perfect as a home base for everything we needed to do in Winnipeg. The property is gorgeous!! Staying in a mansion feels like I'm royalty, and the hosts make you feel like you are!! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is served every morning with a wonderful selection of food and beverages, including speciality coffees!!

I had to extend my stay in Winnipeg unexpectedly and booked last minute on a whim. I absolutely loved it and wish I had found this place sooner! Vahid was extremely kind and welcoming as soon as I arrived and my room was GORGEOUS. Everything was clean, facilities were secure, and there were some nice amenities included in the stay. If you're looking for a mix of cozy, chic, and elegant, this is the place to go!

I loved my stay in this gorgeous historic home. It is beyond beautiful!! My room was comfortable, fresh and clean! Every little detail is well thought out, from the bath salts provided, to the snacks, beverages and games in the common living room. The hosts are lovely, super friendly, and very helpful! I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I have booked another stay in the new year!

My husband and I recently stay at No. 5 East over the weekend. We had such a great stay, the house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. We ended up getting stuck in Winnipeg an extra day due to the weather and Vahid and Marcia welcomed us back for another night. They were such great hosts, the breakfast was perfect, fresh, great selection and amazing coffee. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family and cannot wait to return. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing heritage home. Beautiful wood detailing, stained & leaded glass. Room large & spotless with giant bathtub, very generous separate shower, crystal chandelier in front of window behind the vessel sink. Common areas elegant yet welcoming. Fantastic kitchen with generous self-serve continental breakfast, excellent coffee. Host and hostess very welcoming and helpful.
