Old St. Vital Private Suite

🤗Private modern basement suite: SEPARATE entrance, PRIVATE bathroom and OWN KITCHEN with an electric stove, microwave and a full size fridge . Enjoy a double bed, queen sofa bed, kitchen, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, Smart TV w/Netflix. A dehumidifier is available for comfort. The suite has two windows and is in a quiet neighborhood near bus routes, Superstore, Freshco, parks, coffee shops and restaurants. Free street parking. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and two professionals.
The space
The entrance is through the side door (to the right of the front door).
Enjoy a peaceful stay in our fully private basement suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, private bathroom, and comfy living space. Free street parking, Wi-Fi, and self check-in.
For fresh air, guests can open both the small and large windows. The large window has two side hooks that hold it in place when opened. If you need assistance with the window, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
