This is a new built and con-temporarily furnished apartment suite. The apartment suite is located on the second floor of a duplex with its own separate entrance and space. The house has a cute deck where you can enjoy fresh air. Living room comes with an open spaced concept, air conditioner with two bedroom furnished with study table and chair. The living area includes a Smart TV with Ultra HD Netflix, and a high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a brand new stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans as well as other cooking utensils. The house comes with brand new washer and dryer in suite. You will check in with keyless entry. Free parking available in the back lane’s driveway.

Travelling for Medical Trips
Location is great. Quiet and a very good central location to shopping and amenities. We travelled for medical appts. and where looking for a quiet safe place to stay. No issues with home. Lots of access to walking trails, park and bus stops. Will most likely be renting again as we frequent the Winnipeg area regularly.
