I have stayed here many times and have always given 5 stars until this last visit. A few minutes after I walked into my room I saw 2 mice run across the floor. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and was able to move me to another room with no complints.

Staff was good but hotel is old and repairs were required example rug was very dirty and base board heater cover beside the bed was off the wall and on the floor …hurt my foot getting out of bed ..very dirty by window air conditioner and room smelled

I never leave reviews for hotels but this one needs it . The hotel smelt so bad upon entering . The staff was not pleasent to deal with . No elevator , which is fine ; but was there with a broken foot so made life difficult . Hotel walls are paper thin. Party going on in lounge until after 3AM; music could be heard blaring all night . Fire alarms went off 3x with no reason given. After the second time we ignored it . The rooms themself felt dirty. My partner and I slept ontop of the bedding and used our own jackets for warmth . I’d definitely pay more for a different hotel next time .

Fruit flies in the room. Lots of them. Carpet in hallway is destroyed and dirty. Kind of a gross feel. Staff are nice. Place is just run down.
