It was unclear that the shuttle needed to be booked ahead, so we ended up having to take a cab. The hotel paid for the cab. But it was frustrating and not a very clear process. "

"The gym was nice. Had everything you needed for a quick pump. Pool room is clean and pool is warm. Staff goes above and beyond. 10/10. The tunnel system is nice in the winter, we didnt have to step outside if we didn't want to. "
