"This property is a triplex, within walking distance from The Forks and with quick access to the downtown Winnipeg area. A newer property located in a generally quiet neighborhood. Property Management made check-in process easy, was communicative and provided fast responses when contacted.We did have an issue with cleanliness of the unit however. Wet rags and bathroom rugs were left behind giving off a mildew odor. Trash can under kitchen sink containing food had not been emptied out and...

"We stayed at the Langside property for four weeks as our house was being renovated. Throughout the time, the owner, Rony, kept up excellent communication with us and was responsive to our requests. The property was comfortable. Not luxurious, but given the price, was excellent value. We were particularly pleased with the laundry facilities on premises.
