Gemütliches Hausboot in Winsen-stöckte

Our cozy houseboat is moored in the Ilmenau marina, a small harbor located downstream from Stöckter Harbor. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature and unwind, watch the tide come in over a glass of wine, or simply go on a little adventure with the kids. There are three other houseboats and a few recreational boats in the Ilmenau marina. Inside the houseboat, you’ll find a living area, a kitchenette with a dining nook, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two more children—or two adults looking for a cozy spot to snuggle. If things get a bit too monotonous, you can take the nearby ferry in Hoopte to cross over to Hamburg. Hamburg and Lüneburg are also just a short trip away—whether by public transit, car, bike, or ferry, there’s something for everyone here. Leisure activities in the region include, for example, Heidepark, the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park, the Egestorf Barefoot Park, the Snow Dome Bispingen, and more—feel free to reach out if you need ideas.<br><br>The houseboat can accommodate up to 4 people, though it does get quite cozy with 4 adults. The houseboat features a bed measuring 180x200 cm and a pull-out sofa bed (140x200 cm). The living area includes a dining table and a sitting area with a TV. The bedroom, with its built-in bed, is incredibly cozy. There’s also a large closet here. The bathroom is functionally equipped and features a walk-in shower. The houseboat is heated by underfloor heating, which ensures a pleasant warmth. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. The houseboat has Wi-Fi.
