"The bed was so comfy and amazing that I slept through until 11.45 and missed my train lolz But all I can say is peeps you will sleep well here and if you need to be somewhere then put your alarm on. The staff were lovely and friendly and food places are nearby and you can get number 5/6 bus from train station to stadium so everything is convenient. "Reception were excellent at solving a couple of issues. Firstly we'd incorrectly booked two twin rooms when we needed one of them to be accessible. Reception sorted this out over the phone and ensured we had an accessible room with an adjoining room which made life so much easier. On arrival we had some issues with the car charger, all resolved and compensation provided without us even needing to ask. We've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express before and the quality was excellent as before. Great rooms and a super breakfast. Very helpful staff. Thoroughly recommended."
