We are so happy you chose our home for your trip. We hope you’ll make the most of our cozy place, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit beautiful Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas.
We would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact us so We can explain in further detail to avoid misunderstandings.
This is our primary home, and we've put a lot of energy and effort into making it into a lovely space our our friends and family to enjoy (and now you, too!) Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture, respect our locked host-only space, don’t eat in the bedrooms, and clean the kitchen after you use it.
Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Our neighborhood and community is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 7 am.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the front porch and backyard.
Pets are welcome at our home, but we ask that you clean up after them as you would in your own home. Please be mindful of spaces like beds and sofas that might be soiled or damaged by dirty paws. Also, please ensure that pets are not left in our home unattended, or, are safely secured in a crate while you're gone (for their safety and our home's!)
Thank you in advance for being a super guest!
Cheers, Mackenzie
