The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Our host was responsive when we had questions. It was a quick walk to the downtown area. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We ate breakfast at the house most mornings and had everything we needed to cook breakfast during our stay.

Lovely stay

Gerald’s property was comfortable, clean, and walking distance to many restaurants with great food! He was very responsive, gave great recommendations on local restaurants/bakeries, and had the property ready with snacks and drinks to welcome us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house and space were perfect for our family trip to visit local family in the area. The host had coffee provided as well as light snacks and drinks, and the kitchen had all I needed to cook as many meals as I wanted while we were visiting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as well as the couches (with reclining seats and USB ports for charging phones and electronics). Two full bathrooms gave us all plenty of privacy and kept us from having to wait for shower time, and the keypad entry door made access a breeze. My daughter made friends with the neighbor’s cat in the shared driveway and with the many lizards in the backyard. Local grocery, restaurants, and downtown Winter Garden were very easily accessible, with a great neighborhood vibe away from larger Orlando. AC was wonderful as well, especially for this time of year. One bedroom has a large king bed, and the other has a bunk with a twin over a double bed AND a trundle, plus the comfortable couches. The floor plan is wonderfully open, and both bedrooms also have tv’s. We watched afternoon thunderstorms from the screened in porch as well. Checkin and checkout was completely non-stressful, and communication with the host was immediate - we will return here for our next trip!
