Located on the third floor (two flights of stairs), this charming apartment offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Nestled in the heart of Winter Harbor village, you'll be just steps away from the newly opened Harbor Market—the perfect spot to start your day...

The Space:
Renovated, bright and light, this one bedroom has a queen bed and a full-size fold out sofa with amazing views of Henry Cove from the deck.

Guest Access:
When you arrive, please use the second-floor side entrance of the building to gain access. When you come thru the exterior door (which is always open), the door to the apartment is immediately to the right.

Your door code for the door will be shared 24-hours before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the center of a small coastal village with direct ferry access to Bar Harbor with none of the crowds! You can walk to dinner at The Gallery or Treehouse Seaside Grill or just a quick run to the grocery store or our newly opened Harbor Market downstairs!

Comfortable stay
We loved the A/C during the heat wave. Pretty rare for Maine to have A/C and there were also fans in the bedroom and living room as well. Parking was easy. We knew it was on the third floor but the stairs are pretty steep if this is an issue for you. But we managed with our bags and our dog. We loved our stay and check in was easy. Clean and comfortable.

Great location!
This property is located in the heart of Winter Harbor, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the Schoodic Peninsula portion of Acadia National Park. The apartment is above the Harbor Market and the deck provides fantastic views of the area. Highly recommended if you would like to visit Acadia without the bustle of Bar Harbor.

Great little apartment
Loved the view of the harbor and great stars at night from the deck. Very convenient location. My parking spot was often used by others but there were three empty spots on the street almost always - since it is a small quiet town I felt very comfortable parking there. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, etc and you can easily cook there. However, the seating to eat at a table is not good - uncomfortable and you aren't really sitting at a table. Also the bedroom needs black-out drapes. It gets light at 4:00am in the summer. However, it is very quiet. Overall I loved it and would stay there again.

Another lovely stay!
This was our second visit to Steven's lovely apartment in Winter Harbor. It's a wonderful spot -- quiet, clean, and comfortable, and ideally located in town within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just minutes to the Schoodic side of the park and the ferry to Bar Harbor. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed for four nights, regular traveler to Winter Harbor. Lovely apartment right in town, can walk to shops, restaurants, art gallery and groceries. Large clean kitchen with all needed cooking equipment and dishes, etc. Very comfortable mattress and good mattress on sofa bed. Beautiful view of Henry Cove from the third floor deck and sliders. Very near Acadia at Schoodic park entrance. Excellent place to stay in Winter Harbor.

Quintessential Maine Weekend
Perfect place for us for a weekend to enjoy Schoodic Peninsula at Acadia National Park while taking in the local sites. Loved our visit to the 5 and Dime and the local library in Winter Harbor as well as lunch at the Pickled Wrinkle. Perfect!

Don’t hesitate to book. Lovely apartment. Great location and beautiful setting. Big bonus to have the harbour market downstairs. Try the scones. Also groceries just up the road. The pickled wrinkle was fab for lunch. Steven very responsive and helpful when we requested an extra night due to the winter storm.

Wonderful, Comfy Stay with Salt Air and Water Views
This rental was perfect - very clean, great amount of space water views and a full kitchen. Convenient to have the breakfast/lunch spot right downstairs and the manager fielded all my million questions quickly. I would 100% recommend this rental to friends and family. Although I did not get to hike this trip, the location is so close to Little Acadia, you could almost throw a rock and hit it. Winter Harbor is a quiet enclave, a little off the beaten path, with everything you need for a wonderful Maine stay.

Lovely stay!
The Winter Harbor apartment was perfect for our stay last week and Steven was a wonderful host! It's clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. We really appreciated having the Harbor Market downstairs for breakfast and lunch (especially this time of year). A Relaxing getaway from the crowds
The property was just as described-very comfortable,had everything we needed to cook and space to relax and take it easy after days of strenuous hikes. Also, we didn’t expect much from the town of Winter Harbor(couldn’t find much about it online) but it exceeded our expectations! Small, but a few great places to eat. We would definitely come back!

Laid back and perfect!
The place was the perfect home base for our Acadia park visit. A manageable drive from the main park (around 50 minutes), but only about 5 minutes from the park's Schoodic Peninsula area which was beautiful and had no crowds. Steve (the place host) was very accessible. The place was clean, comfy and had everything we needed.
