From the sun screen to leaving the things left behind that you may have forgotten to bring ie sunglasses etc. the back porch is shaded starting around Noon and is a great place to relax. Looks like it will soon be enclosed, so that will be a nice addition. The property manager let us know of extra services and was quick to respond if we had requests/questions. 5-Stars...

"The house and the neighborhood are relatively new and there are sidewalks and street lights for evening walks. It is close to Legoland and Bok Tower Gardens, which is beautiful. The property is dog friendly and overall well maintained. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and it felt like home. It is a short drive to restaurants and shopping and the area is easy to navigate. The home is best suited for a single family with children and that is how the home is set up. For us as a retired...

"This is a true hidden gem. My partner and I were looking for a sexy place with a hot tub and pool.The sleek design across the home gave many exciting tones. The cleaniness and extra supplies with welcome letter provided the right amount of comfort from the hosts right off the bat. This is a must visit. The mermaid pool was a very neat touch! We highly recommended! the hosts. Very welcoming! "
