"I love these authentic old hotels. This place is fantastically charming. The brass key chain and real actual key for an old door is just great. Such a lovely change from key cards and Internet passwords. The floors creaked and the door had a real knob, epic. The decorations, bathroom and tile floors all seem wonderfully dated and true to how this place was 100 years ago and I love it and I just wish I coulda stayed a couple more days and had my wife with em, she woulda dug it too. The downtown area is really cool too. Loved the whole vibe. "

"Such a cute house, quiet neighborhood and convenient area. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Nice to have a totally fenced in backyard with our dogs. Would love to stay here again next visit. "

"If you have ever played “The Sims” video game there are certain upgrades to a house, like hot tub, massage chair, steam shower, projector TV, volleyball court, waterfall pool, koi pond, giant bean bag chair (everyone loved that) - this house has all of those things and more. This is exactly the definition of a “party house” both chill and rager, the price may be steep but the quality is there. Only about 25 minutes from the theme parks, 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from UCF, good restaurants all around. Lots of high quality features in this stay. Highly recommend. "

"Absolutely an amazing place to stay in Winter Park! There is so much to do in the area! The host is wonderful and everything is as described or seen in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals at the home. Would highly recommend!"
