"Das Hotel ist sehr international ausgerichtet, was wir als äußerst angenehm empfunden haben, ebenso das internationale Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber dem Skiliftkarussell. Allerdings muss man mit kompletter Skiausrüstung die Straße überqueren, weshalb unsere Erwartung an ein klassisches Ski-in/Ski-out nicht ganz erfüllt wurde. "Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient."
