"We recently stayed at this oceanfront rental property and had a mostly positive experience overall. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed every day. The unit provided basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including an abundant supply of linens, which was convenient.That said, there are a few areas where additional cleaning attention would help, including the bathroom grout, some hair on floors and in drawers, and the fabric bed frame.The check-in/out process felt somewhat redundant. It involved stopping at an offsite real estate office to pick up keys for the beach equipment storage unit, followed by a separate check-in at the resort front desk. Streamlining this would make arrivals and departures smoother.Overall, the stunning oceanfront setting and solid basics made for a relaxing vacation, but a few extra cleaning and operational touches would elevate the experience."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The absolute highlight was the balcony—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of the beach and the ocean.Inside, the layout was very practical with convenient sleeping arrangements and comfortable beds. The entire place was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, which we really appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were more than enough comfortable places to sit and lounge throughout the unit.A few highlights and tips: * Amenities: We really enjoyed having access to the pickleball courts on-site. * Beach Access: Getting to the water is incredibly easy. Note that the sand is very dense, so give yourself a little extra time and effort when mounting beach umbrellas. It can also get quite windy right by the shoreline. * The Building: It was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. * Location: Super convenient! We were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini-golf. Plus, it’s only a very short drive to Publix for groceries.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located beach getaway!"
