"Staff was helpful though a bit frazzled from what I could see. There was typically only one person at the front desk and with people checking in and out and elevator not working I’m gonna say that was the reason for less than I expected. The texting for room service and request were outstanding. They responded quickly and fulfilled all request equally as fast."

"Great location in Boston - 5 minute walk to the red line station which was only a couple up from South stn. Room was a little tired but adequate for our 1 night stay - didn’t have any time to try out the pool or gym facilities as they only opened at 10am."
