House located in the heart of Alsace 6 km from the center of Colmar, less than an hour from Strasbourg and 20 minutes from the Munster valley. 17th century wine house completely renovated in 2018. With 2 bedrooms with private shower rooms, an equipped kitchen open to a living and dining room. The rental is accessible by an external staircase.
The village of Wintzenheim is a small Alsatian village with shops (supermarket, bakery, wine cellars ...)

Le gîte est très confortable, très bien équipé, au style alsacien, la climatisation un plus lors des chaleurs. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Au calme et bien situé pour de nombreux sites touristiques à visiter dans la région. Les propriétaires nous ont réservés un accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Fijne locatie als je de Elzas wilt verkennen. Dicht bij Colmar, de wijnroute en de Ballons. Walhalla voor motorrijders, die de motor in privé parking kunnen stallen.

We zijn met twee senioren echtparen, zes dagen in Wintsenheim geweest. Het appartement was top, met twee comfortabele badkamers. We hebben een probleem gehad met de auto. de eigenaar van ons appartement was ook zeer behulpzaam, om ons te helpen, met contacten leggen. Dit was wel heel fijn, omdat onze auto weer terug moest naar Nederland, en we de franse taal geen van allen machtig zijn. Alles is weer goed gekomen, en we kunnen iedereen deze plek aanraden!

Die wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung in altem Fachwerkhaus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wintzenheim selbst liegt ideal; umgeben von Weinbergen, sind sowohl das Münstertal und die Vogesen als auch die schöne Stadt Colmar schnell zu erreichen.

La présence d’une climatisation était très appréciable du fait des fortes chaleurs. Volets roulants écrit....... Très bon accueil, et personne de très bon conseil. Ne pas hésiter à venir dans leur multiple locations qui sont toutes très bien aménagées. Proche de Turckheim, Colmar et Munster. Avec parking dans garage fermé.

This is a perfect gite for 2 couples traveling together. It has been newly renovated and is very comfortable. It could do with a washing machine. Parking was a bit tricky with a larger car for 4 people. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Casa perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en Alsacia, bien situada para recorrerte toda la zona,amplia ,muy limpia, aire acondicionado, calefacción central,aparcamiento,etc. Y algo muy importante, la cordialidad,simpatia y disposicion de David Haeffelin .
