"My boyfriend and I booked this trip and he actually proposed during our trip! We loved coming back to the cozy studio cottage. The view from bed is beautiful , the stars at night were breath taking! Easy to check in, place was clean the one minor thing was the couch bed is not the best for the back but is cozy and soft. We will be back !"

"This property is a refurbished boat house. I realize that all of the pictures are accurate but the place is WAY BETTER than I expected. First of all, the space is HUGE, at more than 800 sq ft. It has a king size bed, a futon, a couch, a dining room table, a huge desk, a bar, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with tub. "My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

There was every kind of amenity I could have needed including a washer/dryer (with detergent), a keurig machine (with k cups), and all the tools needed in the kitchen. The host even left a hairdryer for me when I noticed an empty hairdryer box under the bathroom sink. Some of the other reviewers mentioned no blinds. There were blinds for privacy. "My wife and I needed a clean and comfortable place to stay for several nights and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This location worked perfectly for us, was extremely clean and comfortable! "This is an absolutely heavenly location with a space that couldn't be more beautiful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. There were wonderful places to ride bikes, and hike. The botanical garden is literally around the corner. There is a canoe for use off of the pristine dock and a gorgeous deck that looks out onto their gardens and the inlet. We grilled and ate overlooking a sunset, we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and fabulous decor while playing cards on a rainy day. And, their dog Chloe is...

"The view was amazing! Clean and nicely decorated. In saying that, There were no pots and pans, knife to food prep with and no can opener in the kitchen. I purchased a set of pots and pans and a can opener. All of my food in the fridge spoiled. I had to throw it all away the fridge was not cold enough and needed to be repaired. They need to update there mattress it sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable."

"Overall it was adequate for our needs. The bed is a full size, not a queen as stated and the 2 flights of stairs were... a LOT for us to tramp up & down with luggage but the unit itself and location were clean and quiet."
