Family Weekend Getaway

We stayed while my in-laws were in town from out of state. Perfect spot to spend time together as a family while also being a quick drive to down town tells. Worked perfect for our family.

Clean rooms, Laundry Difficult

The room had everything we needed and was clean. However, there’s only one laundry room on each floor with one washer and drier. We finally got a chance to use it but the drier didn’t dry after two cycles of trying to get our clothes dry. Other than that, the rooms were wonderful and we would stay again. More laundry facilities would be fantastic.

Great getaway

We stayed here for a quick girls getaway. Loved the condo at Chula Vista. Enjoyed the river walk right outside. Beautiful area. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and felt very welcomed. Communication was great during our stay there from Vacasa. A few updates in the condo could make this an amazing experience. Bedspreads were outdated and had a few stains. Beds were very comfortable. Carpet was showing its age, but very clean. Bathrooms were great but a few spots could have had paint updated. No concerns with check in or other procedures.

Enjoyed our stay here! Four star only because the bedding seemed very dated and didn’t feel completely fresh - one quilt had a gross looking stain. Everything else was as described and comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and very spacious room!

Family stay

Everything was great cleaning crew was good beautiful resort highly recommended. Only isuse was dryer on 4rh floor did not work all other was excellent will be back god bless!

Trip to the Dells

We love the cleanliness in space at the condo. The access to the wave pool and back was fantastic. It was very close to many other activities that were in the main Wisconsin Dells area. Has a great Nature View From the window. The directions on how to get to the room where a little confusing but we went to the hotel area and they were great and helped us out.

Needed some work. No hot water the first night and then it took a while for the water to get hot.Carpeting was worn and one of the kitchen stools was missing a rung.Some of the sets of dishes were missing also.

The room was very clean. The room had a lot of nice amenities there was just small things some repairs that needed to happen for instance the jacuzzi tub the cold water didn't work the door to get in to the unit stuck and we were a little afraid of damaging the door. Based on the stickers in the units some items were missing they said there was supposed to be eight balls there was only six three mixing bowls there was only two plus three salad bowls there was only two. The main microwave did not work but I think they were already aware of that hence why there was a mini microwave to help. But those are very very minor issues the unit itself was absolutely gorgeous the wave pool that was accessible in the back was fantastic very close to all other activities we looked to do all around very wonderful just little minor things.

Our stay was severely compromised by the discovery of multiple hygiene hazards that suggest the unit had not been properly cleaned or maintained between guests. The condition was genuinely shocking and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The most concerning issues were found in the sleeping areas, indicating that the linens and bedding were not properly changed after the previous quests checked out. We discovered the following disturbing items across multiple beds:Soiled Linens: A visible, large stain consistent with bodily fluids or waste (blood or feces) was found directly on one of the bedspreads.Dirty Underwear: A pair of used, dirty underwear was found tucked beneath the sheets.Used Foreign Objects: Used earplugs were found in another bed, and food crumbs were scattered within the sheets and on the mattress cover, suggesting the bedding was merely smoothed over, not changed.These discoveries led us to believe the entire bedding and linen set was fundamentally unsanitary. These items were found as we were preparing to go to bed. After two calls and three hours, someone from the management company arrived to change out the bedding. Unfortunately by this time, we already felt uneasy about the overall cleanliness and we were unable to sleep well due to the unknowns of what else could possibly be lingering in our unit. Kitchen coffee pot filter was left from previous stay indicating also not cleaned. Makeup cloth contained dirt when unfolded.

Needs some love

The room needs some TLC. Couches are old and sloping, carpet is frayed, light bulbs are out, ice maker doesn't work, holes in the wall in both bathrooms that need filling and paint. Owner didn't respond to questions. Overall needs some love

Still had fun.

Upon arriving we noticed the rug was wet by the hot tub. Not sure where it was coming from we decided not to use the hot tub. The rug has been wet the whole time. There was a couple mixing bowls missing but not a big deal. A big deal was the blood or fecal stain on the blanket used by my Auntie. Also in the master bedroom it looked like there was a problem with a leak in the ceiling. Also the entire carpet was dirty and tattered. But we were here to get married at the Dells Bells and made the most of it. The vascasa operators i talked to were helpful. But overall not a good experience.
