Great spot with access to a beautiful area

Very happy with accommodations, but layered communication was a challenge. ResortShare did not respond to 2 phone calls and message -- not the owner's fault.

Not responsive & very loud

I checked in for my 4 night stay and immediately was shocked when I drove back to my place considering I wasn’t aware that the hills are VERY steep, so beware if you have a car that doesn’t do well in the snow! My neighbors next door were extremely loud until 2 am, and when I tried to call the front desk to have them say something to them, they told me there was nothing they could do. I also was unable to use their WiFi, as it was down all week, and again, the front desk said there was nothing they could do for me. After a lot of frustration I attempted to reach out to the property owner and never received a reply. If you book here, just know that if you have any issues at all, don’t expect any reply or help from anyone. Will never stay here again.

Great vacation resort

This was our second time at Christmas Mountain and both times were great! The grounds are kept very well and the condo we stayed in was very clean!
