No matter your level of expertise, the stainless steel appliances provided will make cooking a breeze.

Here you'll also have your very own in-room jetted tub where you can completely relax and give your body a well-deserved rest. Snuggle up on the sofa, stream your favorite channels on the TV, and get ready to experience relaxation firsthand. If you start feeling a tad chilly, the electric fireplaces will keep you warm for the duration of your stay.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Indoor waterpark passes are NOT AVAILABLE. INCLUDED: Outdoor pools in front of and behind the RIO CONDOS (seasonal).

Keep in mind that we only manage the room, not the resort itself, meaning our staff is not on the property at all times.

If you need to cancel, please contact the entity that you booked your reservation through to cancel your booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
