"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"This home is an A luxury getaway. We were welcomed to the property by wildlife and a modern styled home that fit just right with the landscape. The interior met and exceeded all of our expectations. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The sunroom was an excellent place for puzzles, games and coffee. All beds were very comfortable with super soft linens. The home is quite spacious and it is easy to find your own space for some down time. The arcade was fun and a great addition to our minute to win it contest. The bunkroom was just what these ladies needed to feel like we were back at summer camp. The entire home is very well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. All of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and all attempts were made to make us feel welcome. We would highly suggest you consider this for your next getaway. We didn't want to leave. We will be back for sure. And the ice machine...need I say more? It was perfect."
