"The sheets had not been changed in our bed Crumbs and hair all in bed . We changed sheets ourselves. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The AC could not be turned down below 70 in Texas that’s too hot and humid."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "

"Beautiful home, owner on location but in a separate apartment. Very helpful when needed. Little hiking trail was a lot of fun. We had a blast. "

"There was no toilet paper at the property at any point during my stay. The train tracks are across the street, and the train blows its horn all night long. I was woken up every couple of hours throughout the night. I had booked for a week stay, but left first thing the next morning after my check in because it was impossible to sleep there. "

"Owner is very responsive, the room was not available, but they quickly gave us another property, which was clean and as advertised. Their execellent service allowed me to have a stress-free graduation celebration."
