"Lovely staff. Pets were welcome and room was clean and comfortable. Would come again"

"I attended a function at the Radstone and stayed overnight. Easy to access from motorway with good parking. Great reception, bar and restaurant areas with nice rooms."

"I do enjoy the Homely feel of the hotel. I do frequent the hotel and I can sure recommend. Dinner especially steak is always great."

"great front desk staff and good hotel"

"Hotel perfect if your going racing . Breakfast was ok"

"I had a Great sleep and a great shower. The Room upgrades to a older property have really improved the hotel and the relaxed and friendly staff make you feel very welcome"

"Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time. On the negative side, guest Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, but they did give us an alternative Wi-Fi to use once we highlighted this. Staff are nice but service could be elevated in line with a...

"A one night stay on a B&B rate booked through Expedia, arriving late evening on what was a horrible weather night. Did not attend the bar but it appeared to be well stocked. Easy check-in which was open till 11pm and reception staff were very pleasant. Plenty of parking available with 2 disabled bays only. Our main complaint was the standard of the food in the restaurant. Waiting, and bar staff, looked universally miserable and service was extremely slow, even when there were few occupied tables (with the notable exception of the woman at breakfast, who was friendly and efficient). The food was of poor...

"My second time staying and it wasn't as good as the first. The check in was not as smooth as the machine wasn't working and the location proved unpleasant. I tried to go to the cash point and was immediately confronted by what can only be described as local drunks. I turned back and then was nearly run over by an Uber delivery driver with no lights on. I mentioned to the guys near the check in desks and they said "stay safe". Not great, I cannot lie."

"We stayed in the new building, and the room was lovely. Modern amenities but very charming still. They are very dog friendly and had a dog bed and water bowl waiting in our room! The entire staff was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return."
