The Yvonne villa was originally two fishermen's houses and was merged into a single 150m2 villa. It consists of two staircases and two separate spaces, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing two families with children to have their privacy.

300 m from the beach and close to shops, mini-market, pharmacy, post office. (No need to use your car)
Wednesday morning and Friday evening market.
Sunny terraces sheltered from the wind.

Une maison de ville raffinée et chaleureuse

Nous connaissions dĂ©jĂ  Wissant et savions Ă  quoi nous attendre de ce point de vue. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, trĂšs calme, et on la sent habitĂ©e : chaleureuse, meublĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec soin. La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avons peu utilisĂ© la deuxiĂšme grande piĂšce au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, surtout occupĂ©e par les enfants pour jouer. Maison ancienne, il ne faut pas s'attendre Ă  une isolation sonore optimum et il vaut mieux prĂ©voir de vivre tous au mĂȘme rythme, principalement pour ceux qui dorment au-dessus de la cuisine et de la piĂšce principale.Les deux salles de bain Ă  chaque Ă©tage (la maison en rĂ©unit deux bĂątisses dont les Ă©tages ne se rejoignent pas) sont un confort pour que chaque couple ait son intimitĂ©.Les deux chambres avec lits superposĂ©s et lits simples ayant plutĂŽt des dimensions de cabines de bateau, mieux vaut les rĂ©server pour des enfants ou pour des courts sĂ©jours si des adultes comptent y dormir. Merci en tout cas pour cette belle maison.

Nettes HĂ€uschen

Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und und fanden das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und die zwei BĂ€der sind hygienisch und neu. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit SpĂŒlmaschine, Mikrowelle und andere Notwenigen ElektrogerĂ€ten. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt es auch. Es gibt zwei Wohnstuben, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen konnte. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein aber dafĂŒr gibt es auch deutsche Sender. Es gibt zwar keinen Garten aber dafĂŒr zwei kleine Terrassen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das gesamte Haus hat Holzboden und das knarzt dann schon mal und ist vielleicht auch etwas hellhörig. Uns hat die AtmosphĂ€re im Haus gut gefallen und können dieses Ferienhaus daher nur weiter empfehlen. Einen Fön gab es leider nicht und im Ort ist nur ein kleiner Laden. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, daher am besten einige Lebensmittel lieber selbst mitbringen. Da wir der französischen Sprache nicht mĂ€chtig sind, war die VerstĂ€ndigung schwierig weil die meisten auch kein englisch sprechen. Hund ist nach Absprache erlaubt aber leider dĂŒrfen diese nicht an die Promenade und erst ab 19 Uhr an den Strand. Das war fĂŒr uns etwas schade.

Deux maisons de pĂȘcheur assemblĂ©es: ce qui donne deux grands espaces dont un avec cuisine. Deux espaces chambres sous toiture trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Super chouette atmosphĂšre avec un poĂȘle et un feu ouvert. Maison un peu fraĂźche en hiver, grands espaces Ă  chauffer mais cela ne gĂąche rien. Suggestion: carnet de consignes sur place pour les infos nĂ©cessaires: poubelles, tri,... . TrĂšs chouette endroit, super bien situĂ© dans Wissant. parking Ă  deux pas de la maison, Ă  deux minutes de la mer et du centre. On a adorĂ©

Fijn knus vissershuis met ruime woonkamer, keuken.

Goede, vriendelijke vlotte communicatie met verhuurder. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. Gescheiden bovenverdieping en twee badkamers was heel prettig. Jammer dat er geen WiFi is. Slecht bereik. Houtkachel verhoogde de sfeer. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans cette belle maison ! Idéalement située dans le village de Wissant, nous avons pu nous déplacer à pied jusqu'à la plage ou faire nos courses dans le centre du village. C'est une maison idéale pour deux familles avec deux enfants !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t et simplicitĂ©.La proximitĂ© de la mer et du bourg permet de se dĂ©placer facilement Ă  pied. Seul bĂ©mol, un des escalier est trĂšs raide et pourrait ĂȘtre Ă©quipĂ© d'une rampe et le cas Ă©chĂ©ant d'une barriĂšre de sĂ©curitĂ© pour les jeunes enfants.

Superbe séjour à Wissant

Malgré quelques petits soucis techniques (heureusement vite résolus), nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Wissant. La propriétaire n'habite pas sur place mais a toujours été trÚs réactive et a fait son maximum pour que notre séjour se passe bien. La maison est trÚs agréable, le village et les alentours magnifiques et la plage sublime !
