"The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all."

"We had found a wonderful place. The owner was extremely helpful and showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was as advertised, modern, clean lines and everything worked really well. A beautiful view out of the windows and lovely dogs to greet us. The drive to the apartment is a bit unusual with a steep hill but it was an excellent location. Many cranes flying over, lovely walks and a short walk to the bus stop if you want to go into Aachen. We'll be back. Thank you, Herr...

Die Besitzerin Claudine wohnt unten, und ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spricht Deutsch was die Kommunikation einfacher machte. Sie sorgt für alles und hat gute Tipps. Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. The place has potential to be very nice, but they need to up their game."
