I stayed in this hotel over the weekend of F1 racing in Spa-Francorchamps. Very nice hotel in a wonderfully peaceful part of Netherlands (close to the borders with Belgium and Germany). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast had lot of variety and was tasty. Owner greated us personally for breakfast. Rooms were nice decorated. It was super hot. Room had AC which made our stay pleasant. Beautiful countryside area.

Nice boutique hotel just across the border in Belgium and just minutes away from the beautiful Dutch city of Maastricht. The couple that run the hotel are attentive and helpful. The comfort of the room was first rate. There's a little bus near the hotel that has you in Maastricht city center in 15-20 minutes (important note: Uber doesn't operate in Belgium but the hotel will get you a cab if needed). We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. This hotel was conveniently located to the centre of Valkenburg and a short drive to Landgraaf and Zuid Limburg. We stayed here for a multi-day event at Megalands (concert venue in Landgraaf), and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, the kitchenette (complete with coffee maker, tea pot cups, bottle opener, wine key and refrigerator) was very useful, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was great.
