This appealing terraced house is centrally yet quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the marina and spa. In just a few minutes, the Cliner Quelle with new swimming pool, spa, large playground and fitness facilities can be reached. The holiday home has a terrace with a small garden area and a stone barbecue. A parking lot at the house and a garaging for bicycles are also provided. For extended walks or beach visits with their children you can use a wagon.

A spacious, open area for living, eating and cooking, as well as a fireplace provide a cozy and modern atmosphere. A guest toilet on the ground floor is also available. An open staircase with stair gate (above) leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All windows are equipped with shutters and the floors with tiles. Insgesamt gut

Die Buchung und Bezahlung über Fewo direkt sowie der Kundenservice waren leider unterirdisch, so dass wir am Anreisetag selbst noch dachten, dass der Urlaub nichts wird. Die Hausverwaltung in Carolinensiel selbst war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch sehr unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist bis auf den Außenbereich wie abgebildet. Die Lage ist super und man ist schnell am Strand oder im Dorf. Mit Kleinkind ideal. Die Matratzen in der Wohnung könnten ein Upgrade vertragen. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind klein aber für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Man kann Fahrräder abstellen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eher nicht ideal.

Alles in allem gut

Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut. Wohnung ist auch gut. Da schon ein paar Jahre älter, könnte mal jemand Hand anlegen an schleifende Türen, knartschende Betten etc.
