Einfach nur dreckig

Als wir in die FeWo kamen, fanden wir ein Willkommensgruß der Reinigungkraft. Das war aber auch das einzige, was die Person in der Wohnung gemacht hat. Die Wohnung war komplett verdreckt (50 tote Tiere im Bad, vergammelte Pizza in der Mikrowelle usw.). Die Wohnung wurde dann nochmal gereinigt, aber viel besser ist es nicht geworden (Spinnweben in Türrahmen, alte Blutzuckerteststreifen auf Terrasse). Da jegliches Vertrauen in die Reinigungsqualitäten abhanden waren, haben wir selbst nochmal so geputzt, dass man mit 2 Kleinkindern in der Wohnung leben kann. Nach 4 Tagen wurde uns angeboten, dass uns die Hälfte der Reinigungsgebühr erlassen wird. Eine extrem enttäuschende Entschädigung. Wozu zahlt man 70€ (oder wir 35 Euro), wenn anschließend überhaupt nicht geputzt wird. Ferienwohnunh hat zudem überhaupt keinen Rauchmelder (Pflicht seit 2015!!!!!). BPS geht es nur ums Geld, Sicherheit und Qualität spielen keine Rolle
