"Set in idyllic surroundings the house was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great and central to many villages, towns and lovely walks. It was fully equiped with everything you need. Rob and Kath were extremely welcoming and on hand for any advice or questions. Great place for a family who love adventure and being able to bring our dog with us made it even more special. Simba, our dog, especially loved his early morning play dates with Noah and Barney. "The property is huge, with 23 of us staying, there was ample room for us all to eat together, at in the living room and loads of bedrooms including an accessible ground floor bedroom which we needed. The family style bedrooms really suited us with small kids in tow. Garden and location is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub is a lovely addition. The property is a little dated in terms of decor but it suited us space wise and we had absolutely everything we needed. We had a fabulous weekend...

"Very clean, furnished beautifully. Great location for walks, for staying back and reading a book and for a short walk to a pub with lovely food and the biggest menu ever seen! Lots to do within short travel. We enjoyed an afternoon on the canal boating. Has a lovely pub/restaurant and there was a pop up food van. Ventured to Glastonbury, always an experience. Would love to go back again. "

"Lovely double-height living area, enough room for a family of five for a week. Well-equipped kitchen, with slate floors throughout the downstairs. Nicely finished upstairs, although headroom is a bit tight in places. Good shower downstairs, but we did find the water was a bit too hot coming out of the taps, so we had to be careful, particularly with the kids, when washing hands etc. Upon arrival we felt that much of the kitchen stuff needed a wash before use, as it was a bit greasy.
