"Sehr nette Gastgeber, ein tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück, zentrale Lage für viele Unternehmungen, wie z.B. Wanderung auf den Schneeberg, Besuch von Schlössern, historischen Dörfern/Städten und Museen, Ausflug nach Tschechien zum Skywalk und längster Fußgänger-Hängebrücke der Welt, Besuch des historischen schlesischen Gottwaldhofes mit individueller Führung u.v.m. Ein Urlaub, bei welchem man viel erfährt von der Historie des Gebietes. Wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!"

"Pretty modern apartment. We missed hairdryer, one lock was partially broken (doors that was not needed to lock anyway). As per guide there was supposed to be a coffee machine which we did not find. Some kids were running in apartment above us all the time, but it was quite ok. But those are only minor things. In general very nice location, modern equipment, very nice view from apartment. "

Awesome pools
"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "
