"I love Rad Blu and especially when the room rates are great too. Staff are so courteous and very well trained. This room was small 9 square meters and I tiny so gle bed but I knew that and it's all the extras you get with Radisson that I like.Gym and Spa( complimentary Tea & Coffee. Well equiped bathroom and a general feel of a good quality product."

"The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public."

"The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed. "

"It is a very busy hotel and they checked us in right away and gave me a free upgrade. I had reserved a twin room but they gave us a large bed which wasn't what I had wanted. But we made it work. The room was large, clean, and there was plenty of tea bags. This may be more of a complaint about hotel room design but I wish nice hotels would stop trying to get interesting with bathroom doors. The frosted glass door is amusing but the slight gap at the bottom sure makes using the toilet feel less than private. Why??? I would say using the lifts is a bit too high tech. I feel like tech bros got involved and not anyone familiar with customer service. Other than that, a lovely stay near a tube station. "

"Ideally located, close to Vauxhall Tube station and within walking distance to Westminster. Rooms were clean and modern, staff was pleasant."

"Staff were so kind and the location next to the Victoria station was perfect! I also did the Tea- it was lovely and again the staff were amazing. It was very kid friendly and they even brought out little bears for the kiddos. The location on Apple Maps directs you to the other Clermont location so watch out for that when traveling and their room service stops at 10pm, not 11pm as it says on the TV information guide. Had a really lovely time and will definitely come back"
