"We came for a ski vacation. The place was nice and clean. The location was the best we have stayed at in Vail. The kitchen was small but workable. I would recommend a new toast that fits bagels.I would stay here again."

"This was our second time staying at this location. Great for being close to both of Vails Gondolas for access to the mountain, for our yearly Ski trips. We used the Hotel shuttle for the first time and it was great with quick service and saving on the cost of parking."

"The property was clean, well supplied and maintained. The real problem was that there was no elevator or valet and luggage had to be carried 3-4 flights of stairs. This was noted in the reservation, but much worse for us older people than noted. We will not stay here again until there is either an elevator or valet. Also, the 2nd night that we were there, we had to park even more distance from the resort because they were painting the parking lot. that meant several more uphill flights of...

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "
