"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. We stayed in a tiny house and it was quiet and...

"Room was clean. Staff was amazing. The shuttle to and from the airport was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was mid. The only issue we had was the noise level. The walls are paper thin and you hear every single noise. We had some nocturnal upstair neighbors and it was brutal. Bring earplugs! You will need to have the windows open since there is no AC so the earplugs help w traffic noise too."

"I tried to cancel before 5pm 2 rooms and they cancelled but did not refund. Very poor service"

"Mostly good place. Mostly friendly staff. However, do keep in mind that there is no taxi service around if you are coming by train."
