About this property
Cottage with great beach.
- This cottage is part of a small lake community with a shared beach. There is a swim raft, picnic tables, a dock to fish off, and a gradual sandy beach that is excellent for small children. We are located 5 minutes from town by car or you can walk or bike to town on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. If it rains there is a shared Rec Hall where you can play games, do a puzzle or play ping pong.

Quick getaway
Three of us just needed a place to stay while we visited the area. This place was perfect for what we needed. It's not large but all we were looking for was a place to sleep.

We were immediately impressed at how clean, roomy and well thought out the property was. Everything you need for a getaway in the mountains. Proximity to the lake is great and the location feels private and secluded.

Overall great place, host couple were fantastic. No view of the lake, it does lack curtains. Very clean modern up to date, short walk to the beach. If you're looking for privacy this is not the place for you.
