Our home is in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, one of the best vacation towns in the country (and we’re not the only ones with that opinion). While it’s less than a 5-minute walk to EVERYTHING downtown, the home is on a quieter side street with a large yard for lawn games and a pool for relaxing.
If you just want a comfy place to relax or you want to spend your days in downtown Wolfeboro or on the lake…this is the place you’re looking for.

The property
Location:
- It couldn’t be much closer to downtown Wolfeboro. It’s a 5-minute walk to everything - you might never get in your car.
- You can see a grocery store, sub shop, and awesome brewery from the front door!
- Two-minute walk to the start of the awesome 12-mile Cotton Valley Rail Trail
- 2 mountain bike trail systems within two miles
Parking/Driveway:
- There is plenty of parking for 3 cars, 4 if you squeeze
- The driveway is steep so if you are traveling with a trailer it may be difficult to navigate getting up the bottom portion, however, the overnight trailer parking is a one-minute walk away. It may also be difficult if driving a sport car or very low sedan. There is typically plenty of parking on the street (no permit required) if needed.
Outdoor area:
- Shallow (3.5’) pool that’s perfect for an afternoon float or a handstand contest
- Decking up to the pool’s edge with room to hang out
- Large (mostly flat) backyard for games
- Large covered porch at the entryway of the property
The pool will be closed from middle of October - May
Security cameras on premises:
There are two security cameras on premises - one that looks at the driveway and one that looks at the pool. They are not monitored unless there is a claim/dispute/complaint, etc.
