"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "

"Very quaint unit. It was very nicely decored and maintained. Annemities were excellent. Great location. Temperatures during our stay were in the single digits, but the apartment stayed nice and warm.My only suggestion would be tv in front sitting area and maybe curtains. Although the wooden blinds were fine.. Communication w host was seamless. We'd definitely stay again."

"Wonderful week on Crescent Lake! The cottage was just as pictured, if not better. The view of the lake from the cottage framed by white birches was lovely, and it was so relaxing just sitting outside. I launched my kayak from the property and explored Crescent lake, then paddled over to Lake Wentworth which is huge. My son and I both loved walking the Cotton Valley Rail Trail which is steps from the cottage, and I biked it as well with some detours into the hills. There are great views of both lakes from the trail. Early September is wonderful time to be in Wolfeboro. Attractions and restaurants are open but not crowded. Can't recommend highly enough.
