"Wir waren 3 Nächte auf der Durchreise nach Italien und hatten vor lauter Ausflügen gar nicht so viel Zeit, die wunderbare hügelige Natur und die vielen Tiere zu genießen. Wir sind aber jeden Abend die paar Meter den Hügel raufgeschlendert und genossen den Sonnenuntergang. Und bei jedem Schritt vor die Tür von Alpakas und Lamas begrüßt zu werden, war einfach toll. Die Wohnung war sauber, einfach eingerichtet und entsprach voll der Beschreibung und unserer Erwartung. Zu dem Preis erwarteten wir...

"Frau de Caro hat uns mit offenen Armen freundlich empfangen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet. Sie ist eine feinfühlige Gastgeberin. Das Wandergebiet bietet für jeden etwas passendes. Der Bahnhof der Liestal Bahn ist nur 5. Min. entfernt, so dass man auch ohne Auto die Umgebung entdecken kann. Eine Woche war jetzt nicht genug, der Appetit ist geweckt und wir werden wiederkommen."

"Sehr große Ferienwohnung am Rand von Zofingen. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, Parkplatz vor der Türe, mit Steinblöcken abgesichert, die wie eine Skulptur von Ulrich Rückriem ausschauen. Hinter der Wohnung gefindet sich ein Waldgebiet mit ausgewiesenen Wanderwegen. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Zofingen ist zu Fuß in 30 min zu erreichen. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Luzern, Bern oder zum Rigi (toller Panoramaweg). Sollte man seinen Steckeradapter für die Schweiz vergessen haben...

"Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. "The hotel was a good affordable option for a quick stay in Basel. It was quite far from the train station, maybe 25-30 minute walk with suitcases. The hotel gave us Basel cards which meant the trams were free to use. The room itself was comfortable but needed some maintenance, the bathroom door didn’t close and the sink was blocked. "

"Clean and spatial. Staff friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. The only complaint is when the bathroom light is turned on it lights up the whole room through the glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom, so when one goes to the toilet at night the other person sharing the room may wake up also if s/he is sensitive to light. "

"Wonderful hotel, conveniently located across from train station, lovely owner. She saw our interest in her art collection and showed us around and gave us back stories. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade but that is not a deterrent for staying there. "

"Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again."
