"It was hard to find the room since it had no room number painted on the door (we guessed a bit based on other room numbers). Also a bit scary that the front door was wide open when we arrived at 11 pm. Other than that, clean, convenient room. Really good"

"Bed extremely uncomfortable, pillows and duvets flat. Standard rooms are smelly and dark, very dingy. Upgraded (so we thought) after seeing first room to the loft room. Room renovated, but not the bathroom nor the beds/ bedding. False advertising. Drain in shower didn’t drain and shower small. Rooms are hot and noisy outside so having window open isn’t great at night. Way overpriced and overall very dissatisfied with my stay. Would prefer a discount for my stay or at least to receive a free upgrade. "
