Staffs greeted and helped us with luggage upon arrival. It was a warm welcome. On the day we were leaving,, it statrted raining. They provided umbrellas to everyone. we wanted to order a taxi to the airport bus station. Since it was still raining, the staffs drove us to the bus station. It was very touching. The room was new and very comfortable. The back yard, you can stepped out to the beach. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise in the back yard through the slider. It was an awesome 5 day...

My second stay after about two years. The place is still tastefully decorated with high end materials. Great location by peaceful nice beach. Look forward to my third stay!

Lovely hotel in Jeju-si. Rooms were nice and modern, with heated floors - a nice bonus in winter. Very cool lobby with vending machines and free breakfast was a nice bonus. We didn’t use parking but the option is available.

Great hotel conveniently located close to the airport. Also, tour buses stops at this hotel to pick up passengers.

What I really loved about this hotel was the hospitality of the staff. They are extremely eager to help you out with every need you have and do their best to address any concerns you have. The hotel is also right beside the sea so it is extremely nice to take a stroll at night while also grabbing something to eat since you can easily find more than 4 convenience stalls around the area, including Macdonald's if you are looking for supper! It is quite a distance by walking from Dongmun Market but...

Good in general,

Unique set up; almost like a city loft compound.

beautiful

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and great location. It was a great value for the stay. Only the downside was the air conditioning wasn’t cooled as I wanted but everything else was great.

Amazing value for money. Property is clean and neat at great location. 최강 가성비. 호텔이라는 이름이 전혀 아깝지않게 꺠끗하고 친절하세요. 거기가 성산 바로 근처라는 좋은 위치까지!!!

The facility and conditions are good. The location is also good to reach any place.

조식이 맛있었고, 친절한 응대와 깨끗한 룸 컨디션이 좋았습니다.

Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.

Room carpet seems dirty. Shower water wasn’t property drain. Toilet room was too small

Could not ask for a better place. Close to the beach, quiet. Overall a 5-star property. The only note would be to look out for moldy spots in the bathroom.
