Upon arrival instantly approached by the host, Robbie, a most charming and obliging host. There is nothing that is not supplied in the way of food, beverages and household amenities. To arrive there is as much as arriving at home. Top marks for Robbie's hospitality. 5 stars!"

"My and my husband's stay at this accommodation was truly wonderful. The size of the space was perfect—neither too big nor too small, making it feel cozy yet comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was just right—clean, functional, and well-designed.One of the highlights was the well designed kitchenette. It was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare breakfast, store food in the fridge, and even unwind with a little TV in the evening.Beyond the accommodation itself, the location was incredibly peaceful. Stunning views of the sunset, a breathtaking night sky, and the presence of birds and sheep added a magical touch to the atmosphere. "Saje Family Residence is a beautiful house a short drive from Mudgee. It is spacious, clean and well kitted out. We enjoyed toasting marshmellows over the fire pit after an enjoyable day shopping and wine tasting."

"The Ilkley House was an ideal location for a family retreat for 10 people (3 couples and 4 children). We ate some meals at the house, and some meals out in Mudgee. The kitchen facilities and BBQ worked well for our group, and we could all fit around the square table for meals, and games. The bedrooms were comfortable. We found lots of activities to enjoy in Mudgee and the nearby National Parks. "

"We were here for a wedding in Mudgee and it was wonderful to return to this little piece of paradise after the event.Well appointed, beautifully linens, well stocked kitchen and a lovely ambiance. Complete with belted Galaways in the Paddock outside. Would love to come back and spend a week working my way through the fabulous collection of books on the bookshelves. Hosts have thought of everything."

"Pros:Kitchen/Entertaining area was spacious & functional,Pool was a Godsend especially with young onesCons:Kitchen is very tired looking. Cupboards & drawers need replacing,Pool filtering system is ugly & needs to be closed in,Lawns could have been mowed & edges done. Generally looked untidy,Internal sliding door in bedroom adjacent to laundry needs fixing,With a group stay a 2 bread toaster doesn’t do the job,Not enough pantry space for groceries etc"

"Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was situated close enough to wineries and town but also quiet enough to enjoy some well needed rest. One of our highlights apart from the great hot tub was the coffee and fresh doughnuts truck at the front of the property. Shelley and Michael had set it up as a great relaxing start to your day. It was not at all close to the accomodation so did not intrude on our stay. Shelley and Michael were very accomodating and friendly.Thank you for a great holiday. We will be back! "
