"Lovely spacious clean rooms, love the added privacy of the family toom have a separate 'room' with the additional beds in, had some issues using the smart functions on the tv as it wouldnt connect meaning i couldn't stream but still had access to regular prohraming so not the end of the world, and the heatint/copling system very welcome and impressive was a little confusing for me so a how to for idiots like me would be handy! "

"This was my FAVOURITE stay out of my roadtrip around the UK, really fell in love with the place. It might be my princess side coming out but staying in a castle was such an experience. Highly recommend, the reception staff was so nice! We also had a drink at the library bar and ate at the restaurant which was delicious. Exceptional service all the way. It’s a hotel where a car is necessary to get around however, this should be considered when booking this hotel. This being said, I would visit again anytime! "

"The setting is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Hansard Suite and this was a great size, the sofa is super comfy and the 4 poster bed is very comfortable. The restaurant food was outstanding and we cannot give enough praise to Ashley the restaurant manager and the young man on front of house reception who made our experience so exquisite. "
