"My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was amazing! The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The location was ideal. It was close to the airport and the train station. There were restaurants and stores across the street from the property. Most importantly, the hotel’s complimentary shuttle was a major plus!"

"I want to join the many others on Expedia that have given the Arca 4 stars. This was our second visit and we will be staying with them again for our next trip yo HK. Arca is great: large rooms, great views, helpful courteous staff, and a generally convenient location away from the high energy of Central but that far away by MTR. The rooftop pool is wonderful although we were not able to use it very much during our stay because of weather. A great experience. And a shout-our to Jane and Patience who served us at breakfast as well as the housekeeping staff on the 35th floor: all were friendly, personal, and attentive. They made our stay that much more special. Thank you. Our only minor quibbles concern the early close of the pool (7 PM) and the extra charges to print out 1-2 pages at the front desk."
