"Alila Seminyak is truly next-level. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything about this hotel felt five-star. After getting off a long flight and arriving in Bali’s hot and humid climate, we were welcomed with a complimentary box containing snacks and drinks, along with a cool, refreshing towel and facial mist. It was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcomed, refreshed and looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the waterfront with direct beach access and stunning infinity pools. We had booked a room with a private pool, which made our stay feel even more special. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the location is fantastic. The restaurant was phenomenal, and the food and service were exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding — friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Even the security team were fantastic and made us feel incredibly safe and well looked after. The little details really made the difference. We had a buggy available to take us to and from our room, and there genuinely didn’t seem to be anything we could ask for that was too much trouble. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. From the facilities and location to the food, service and attention to detail, Alila Seminyak delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end. It is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it."

"We recently stayed at Kayumas Seminyak Resort and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything Seminyak has to offer. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool and resort facilities were excellent. What really stood out for us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made us feel very well looked after. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything else around Seminyak, while the resort itself remained quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kayumas and made some wonderful memories during our stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our Bali holiday so enjoyable. "I stayed there for 6 nights, and the staff and team were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated, but the bathroom felt a little outdated in my opinion. Other than that, everything was great. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the main clubs, and I would definitely stay there again."

"Cross was amazing!! Perfect location, walking distance to so many places. The staff are friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious with lots of cupboard space, roomy shower with plenty of hot water, big bathroom and very clean. Drinking water provided every day during house keeping. Breakfast selection is wide and delicious. Order what you like from the menu or select from the buffet. Oh and the rooftop pool is always a good place to relax if you feel like staying in for the day. Will definitely stay here again !! Thank you to all the staff at Cross Paasha 💕"

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏"
