"The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. "Beautiful room and hotel, was clean and had everything we needed. The onsite gym was the best hotel gym I've seen or used. We got a whirlpool room w/ a fireplace for 3 nights so we could ski nearby at Granite Peak. Very decent free breakfast every morning, staff was very courteous and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the parking lot could have been cleared of snow better and the room across from us was obviously smoking in their room the entire time we were there. I didn't report it but not sure how the staff could've missed it. I would 100% stay again! Great price for the beautiful room and hotel and great amenities."
