"The host was fast to communicate back with me if I had questions or concerns. The problem was that the apartment was not clean when it was time to check in. However, they did send someone out right away to clean. Also the location was not the best of neighborhoods. "

"Room had a nice view of city museum if you are bringing kids. And after crawling around museum for hours, it was great to be able to relax within minutes after leaving. "

"This was a cute place to stay. Everything was great and as listed. Anything you could need as if you were at home was there. Didn’t need to worry about getting any pots or pans or utensils. Keurig coffee maker was available along with toaster, air fryer and microwave and a couple other appliances. Street parking or a parking spot in the alley. Dumpster in the alley as well for garbage and recyclables. Easy check in, very responsive host. Would definitely stay again. Love the Soulard...

"I needed a place for a week and this nice little third floor walk-up fit the bill. Quiet area, across the street from the children's hospital. Great west view for the evening sunset. Access to a small third floor balcony with a east view toward downtown St. Louis. Walking distance to Target for anything you forgot to bring along. Building has a parking lot. Conveniently located on a major street within half of mile of two major highways to connect you to the metro region."

"Location, Location, Location. If you want to explore Soulard, this is the place for you!! Walk to farmers market and many bars and restaurants. The apartment its self was good. The courtyard could use some attention. There were no games as listed and the fence to courtyard needs fixed. The apartment was clean but could tell the floor need a different kind of cleaning agent. They were sticky from a swifter or cleaner or something. We had to wipe the tv down in order to see the screen...
