"The only negative is that I had arrived quite late due to flight delays. When I finally arrived around 1 AM the main door was locked, and the doorbell was not working. I called the front desk repeatedly, could hear it ringing on the other side of the door, but no one answered. Waited about 10-15 mins before an employee crossed the lobby and heard me knocking on the door."

"Hotel was very convenient to shops and restaurants. Crowded but very quiet on the 7th floor. Would stay again"

"My siblings and I had a good experience with this hotel! Slight issue at first concerning the safety deposit, but management was professional, and accommodating. Besides that, the staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and tidy and was a good walking distance to places to eat and shop. Gym was good as well. Good experience all around "

"Surprised about all the seating, considering the room felt a little small. There were a lot of different machines and exercise equipment which I was very happy with. The pool was nice and actually felt like a heated pool. The location was nice, we just followed 1 into D.C. The only thing I wished it had was a continental breakfast, but that just meant we got to try some of the local places for breakfast."

"Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great! Had a one bedroom suite so the bedroom wasn’t open to the hallway which helped to avoid hearing any foot traffic. I was able to hear the elevator ding whenever the AC was off but it wasn’t super loud. The gym was very nice which was kind of surprise. We used the free bus around the corner the most. There is a free shuttle advertised by the hotel but it was only 7am-3pm Monday-Friday to the metro but it didn’t make sense to take it. Lots of places to eat near by under a half mile! "
