"Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again"

"I had a wonderful stay this weekend. The Mantra Hotel at Parramatta, was very clean and well-maintained, with rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to all the main shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the fantastic customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!"
