"We were disappointed from the start. It took 30+ minutes to check in. We booked a room with two Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that they gave away all the rooms with queen beds. We paid more for that room and no compensation was provided. The security is sketchy at best. The same code works for every room. We realized this when we accidently went the wrong room.
